The open concept living and dining areas are anchored by a classic wood burning natural stone fireplace, creating a cozy spot to unwind after a day outdoors. The extremely well equipped kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking, featuring an induction range, dishwasher, additional wall oven, beverage fridge and stand mixer. You can enjoy both drip coffee or Nespresso or tea if that is your preference, all provided for you.
The lower level which boasts 10 foot ceilings and a full walkout to a patio is a large entertaining space featuring a propane fireplace, 85 inch SMART TV and plenty of space for lounging, playing pool or doing yoga. It includes a wet bar with an additional fridge, wine cooler and dishwasher. In floor radiant heating keeps the lower level toasty warm and the entire cottage has both central air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
Outside, guests can enjoy a meal at the dining table on the spacious deck off the kitchen, lounge in the sun, play outdoor games on the level grass or gather around the fire pit to take in the spectacular sunsets for which the Bay is known. The water entry is shallow and there is both a public boat launch and full service marina available in Owen Sound. The cottage has reliable Wi-Fi, good cell service and parking for 4 vehicles. Although the stated guest capacity is 10, additional children will be considered.
